For Bluetooth 3.0 ELM327 OBD2 Scanner, there only work with Android OS smartphone, there are main 3 steps to connect to Android smartphones:
Step 1: Connect the ELM327 to your car
Step 2: Open your phone bluetooth function, there would be OBD II in the bluetooth device list, connect it.
Step 3: Open the diagnostic software like Torque, in settings select Connect Type to Bluetooth.
